VIP Design Days

We have had the priviledge of serving clients in a wide variety of industries, from wedding professionals to real esate agents and wellness coaches. The majority of our clients are creative entrepreneurs, health and wellness experts, and boutique service-based businesses looking for a more cohesive online presence and additional on-brand tools to simpify their workflow and improve their client experience.

VIP design days are perfect for established businesses that already have a solid brand identity in place. The projects we accomplish on VIP design days are aimed at improving your brand's online presence and streamlining your customer experience quickly and efficiently. If you have a project that's pressing, but you never seem to find time for (like updating your website, building out a lead magnet, or creating on-brand Canva templates), you're ready for a VIP Day!

A VIP Day is a time-based model rather than based on specific deliverables. On our initial discovery call, we'll discuss and identify your top priorities and set realistic expectations about what can be achieved. Most clients find that one day is sufficient to accomplish those top priorities. However, if the goals are rather extensive, we may recommend adding an additional day (full or half) to complete everything.

Yes and no. Yes, you do need to be available by email to respond to any questions and give feedback on the design progress. We may also plan a Zoom call during the day to touch base and go over the progress together. No, you do not need to be on a call the entire time or do any design work yourself. We will handle the heavy lifting!

This will depend on our current availability. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance so there is ample time to schedule our discovery call, prioritize your projects, and assemble assets needed for the day..

Yes, but not in the VIP Day model. Brand design requires a deeper level of strategy and research that is not a good fit for the time-based model of a VIP Day. We can, however, do soft rebrands that focus on expanding upon your existing brand identity (adding a monogram logo, refining your color palette, etc.). Please factor in an entire day for soft rebrands.

Yes! To reserve your VIP Day, a 50% deposit is due upfront. The remaining balance will be due by the end of your designated VIP Day.

Before your VIP Day, we'll connect on a call to go over your top priorities and what you would like to accomplish. In the weeks leading up to your VIP Day, we'll send over a Prep Questionnaire and collect all the necessary content and logins to start your project. On the day itself, you'll just need to be available through email to respond to any questions and give feedback. About halfway through the day, we may connect on a Zoom call to go over the progress together. As we wrap things up, we may connect on a second call to finalize any requested revisions and answer any questions you may have. Final delivery of assets is scheduled for the following day.
